I'm betting that she'll calm down after awhile. It must be weird for a dog to go to a new home no matter whether it's luxurious or not, you know? She still has to get accustomed to everything.Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11512099085568969698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6067960256130264214.post-41770087882929406882012-06-16T12:58:48.333-07:002012-06-16T12:58:48.333-07:00Since we suspect she is a Treeing Walker Hound, I ...Since we suspect she is a Treeing Walker Hound, I suspect she's trying to find something to run up a tree so she can sit underneath it, barking thunderously. That ought to make her easy to find. I hope Mary's nerves are up to it. Hounds are bred to run for miles and that's exactly what they do if they are not contained. I don't think she's that confused, though, since she sat in the driveway. It was probably really hard on her being confined in a shelter and now she just wants to be OUT, but doesn't want to leave her new people. At least that's my interpretation.Miriam Newmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05105724854045409335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6067960256130264214.post-78954729792752075982012-06-16T11:47:09.171-07:002012-06-16T11:47:09.171-07:00Where do you think Jed is trying to go, Miriam?
